Product of Tabsyst
Welcome to ZeroSKIP, a comprehensive campus management ERP product owned and operated by Tabsyst (https://www.tabsyst.com/). Tabsyst ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy, security, and data integrity of our clients and system users.
ZeroSKIP is provisioned directly to educational institutions. The subscribing institution functions as the Data Controller (owning and managing your student/staff accounts), while Tabsyst works purely as the Data Processor handling storage and automation infrastructure under their command.
Based on the explicit modules activated by your campus, the system securely retains:
We leverage enterprise-grade security filters including transit encryption layers (SSL/TLS), persistent database safeguards, and restricted technical access privileges. Data is held safely on our cloud architecture until the explicit termination of our contract with your subscribing educational institution.
These Terms & Conditions govern your subscription, implementation, and general usage of the ZeroSKIP Campus Management ERP platform provided by Tabsyst.
By registering an enterprise instance, logging into the administrative portal, or permitting your institution's workforce and students to download the matching mobile software applications, you explicitly assent to these terms.
Institutions are wholly responsible for controlling access rights to their instance of ZeroSKIP. Users must protect account security phrases and credentials. Any fraudulent activity, attempt to breach infrastructure limits, reverse engineer code, or input unlawful data records will result in swift account suspension.
The code architecture, layout interfaces, logic workflows, design components, and visual trademarks of ZeroSKIP remain the sole proprietary property of Tabsyst and its parent organizations. Subscribing clients obtain a non-exclusive, limited license to run operations for their specific campus domain for the duration of their paid tenure.
While we target a 99.9% uptime metric for our system, Tabsyst is not liable for operational disruptions stemming from localized internet blackouts, external cloud server partner failures, or unexpected maintenance windows. In no scenario shall Tabsyst's liability exceed the licensing payment volume collected over the immediately preceding calendar quarter.
Our Cancellation & Refund policy defines financial resolutions regarding license agreements, setup deposits, and recurring operational fees for ZeroSKIP.
Educational institutions can choose to decline contract renewals by delivering an official written notification to Tabsyst at least thirty (30) days prior to the conclusion of their current operational billing cycle.
Because ZeroSKIP requires intensive upfront system initialization, cloud node provisioning, custom module data migrations, and hands-on staff onboarding, all primary system setup costs and deployment fees are strictly non-refundable.
In the event that an overpayment occurs due to a systemic technical payment gateway error, or if an early termination provision is explicitly outlined and validated within your unique Master Services Agreement (MSA), a refund will be processed. Eligible balances will be credited back to the original source bank account or corporate credit tool within 7 to 14 business days.
